GYK-A系列高速水墨瓦楞紙板印刷分壓切角開槽機(jī)能一次性完成瓦楞紙板印刷、切角、開槽、滾線、修邊等多道工序(可配打孔、打扣手裝置)。GYK系列高速水墨瓦楞紙板印刷分壓切角開槽機(jī)裝備了電動(dòng)相位調(diào)整裝置，數(shù)字表顯示(還可設(shè)置參數(shù))，使機(jī)器在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)可以縱向調(diào)整印刷位置和切角開槽位置，節(jié)約了調(diào)整時(shí)間，提高了印刷精度和生產(chǎn)效率。
GYK-A系列高速水墨瓦楞紙板印刷分壓切角開槽機(jī)采用自動(dòng)鎖緊，電動(dòng)離合，分開自動(dòng)剎車，印刷、開槽位置不錯(cuò)位。該機(jī)為氣動(dòng)抬板，氣沖上墨，并配備自動(dòng)導(dǎo)墨裝置， 地了機(jī)器間歇時(shí)水墨變干影響印刷效果的不利因素，具有具有外觀新穎、操作方便、印刷清晰準(zhǔn)確、干的快等特點(diǎn)。
GYK-A系列高速水墨瓦楞紙板印刷分壓切角開槽機(jī)的功能：
1、印刷輥及壓印輥均采用 鋼材，表面研磨，鍍硬鉻。
2、動(dòng)平衡校正，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。
3、裝卸印刷版，腳踏開關(guān)電動(dòng)控制正反轉(zhuǎn)。
4、印刷壓輥間隙手動(dòng)調(diào)整，刻度盤顯示。
5、相位調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)，行星式齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)。
6、印刷相位采用PLC、觸摸屏控制及電動(dòng)數(shù)字式360度調(diào)整自動(dòng)對(duì)版，自動(dòng)歸零，高速調(diào)相位。
7、印刷相位固定裝置，采用氣壓式剎車機(jī)構(gòu)。當(dāng)機(jī)臺(tái)分離或調(diào)整相位時(shí)，剎車機(jī)構(gòu)限制機(jī)臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，保持原有齒輪位置固定點(diǎn)。
8、印刷輥橫向調(diào)整距離共20mm。
9、橡膠輥：鋼管表面包裹橡膠。橡膠輥中高研磨，傳墨效果好。
10、設(shè)有墨輥?zhàn)赞D(zhuǎn)電機(jī)，防止主機(jī)停止時(shí)水墨干涸。

GYK-A series high speed water ink corrugated board printing slotting machine:

3, loading and unloading printing plate, foot switch electric control is reverse.
4, printing press roll gap manual adjustment, dial display.
5, phase adjustment mechanism, planetary gear structure.
6, the printing phase using PLC, touch screen control and electric digital 360 degree adjustment automatic to the edition, automatic zero, high speed adjustment phase.
7, printing phase fixed device, using pneumatic brake. When the stage is separated or adjusted, the brake mechanism is restricted to rotate, and the fixed point of the original gear position is maintained.
8, the horizontal adjustment of the printing roller is 20mm.
