本機(jī)是專(zhuān)業(yè)針對(duì)工業(yè)紙板，灰紙板等各種紙板開(kāi)V槽。把要開(kāi)槽的紙板整個(gè)面包在（直徑60厘米的）滾筒面上，保證開(kāi)槽的走位準(zhǔn)確、沒(méi)有偏差和開(kāi)槽的直線性。具有高精度，高速度、刀具耐用等特點(diǎn)。

LY-1200 溝槽機(jī)Notching Machine
本機(jī)是專(zhuān)業(yè)針對(duì)工業(yè)紙板，灰紙板等各種紙板開(kāi)V槽。
把要開(kāi)槽的紙板整個(gè)面包在（直徑60厘米的）滾筒面上，保證開(kāi)槽的走位準(zhǔn)確、沒(méi)有偏差和開(kāi)槽的直線性。具有高精度，高速度、刀具耐用等特點(diǎn)。
 
It is used to notching V groove of industrial cardboard, gray board
put the cardboard on the （diameter of 60 cm） cylinder surface, make sure the notch position accurate, no bias, groove line straightforward. With High accurate, high speed, knife durable.
溝槽機(jī)特點(diǎn)：
1、開(kāi)槽效果：沒(méi)有毛邊、沒(méi)有灰塵、V槽面光滑
2、環(huán)保節(jié)能：總耗電量1.5kw，開(kāi)槽紙板下角料一根整條完好可回收（回收下角料收入能抵電費(fèi)和刀具耗用）。
3、生產(chǎn)效率：手動(dòng)送板速度8小時(shí)能生產(chǎn)10000個(gè)盒子左右。
4、刀具耐用：配有磨刀機(jī)（操作簡(jiǎn)單），磨一把刀只需1.5-2分鐘。
5、可調(diào)節(jié)的刀具角度：兩片獨(dú)立的刀片用夾具固定，不同角度無(wú)需定做刀片，機(jī)器上可自行調(diào)節(jié)。

3、production efficiency:   feeding cardboard by manual in 8 hours can produce about 10,000 boxes.
4、Knife durable: with a special Grinding （easy）, mill a knife only need 1.5-2 minutes. Customers can mill the knife by themselves.
5、adjustable knife angle: two independent knives fixture with a fixed blade, different angles no need to make the knife, it can regulate on the machine.
