廣東金玉蘭包裝機(jī)械有限公司自主研發(fā)的“激光圖案壓印轉(zhuǎn)移生產(chǎn)線”是一種全新的印刷方式，其工藝過程是在印刷品表面全張或局部涂布上光油，把預(yù)制好的激光膜壓合在其上面，經(jīng)固化定型后，將壓合在上面的激光膜剝離。這樣在印刷品表面上形成跟激光膜對(duì)應(yīng)的全息圖案，可呈現(xiàn)出不同的花紋圖形，給人一種新穎的美感。這項(xiàng)*技術(shù)順應(yīng)了當(dāng)今印刷包裝行業(yè)大力提倡的“綠色、低碳”的發(fā)展方向，經(jīng)客戶應(yīng)用推廣后取得顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。產(chǎn)品在眾多參選項(xiàng)目中脫穎而出，榮獲2012年度“中國(guó)機(jī)械工業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)”。
