激光圖案壓印轉(zhuǎn)移生產(chǎn)線 榮獲 “中國機械工業(yè)科學技術(shù)獎”

    廣東金玉蘭包裝機械有限公司自主研發(fā)的“激光圖案壓印轉(zhuǎn)移生產(chǎn)線”是一種全新的印刷方式，其工藝過程是在印刷品表面全張或局部涂布上光油，把預制好的激光膜壓合在其上面，經(jīng)固化定型后，將壓合在上面的激光膜剝離。這樣在印刷品表面上形成跟激光膜對應的全息圖案，可呈現(xiàn)出不同的花紋圖形，給人一種新穎的美感。這項*技術(shù)順應了當今印刷包裝行業(yè)大力提倡的“綠色、低碳”的發(fā)展方向，經(jīng)客戶應用推廣后取得顯著的經(jīng)濟效益。產(chǎn)品在眾多參選項目中脫穎而出，榮獲2012年度“中國機械工業(yè)科學技術(shù)獎”。

Hologram Images Transferring Machine awarded China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award

 The Hologram Images Transferring Production Line is a new way of printing which is self-developed by Guangdong Magnolia Packing Machinery Co., Ltd. The surface of printing substrate is coated either spot or full plate with UV varnish, after pressed with prefabricate hologram transferring film on top and cured, the transferring film will be peeled off from printing substrate with a hologram images left on printing surface. The hologram images can be different pattern with novel sense of beauty.  The advanced technology complies with development trend of Green Low-carbon which is strongly advocated in current printing and packaging industry. It achieve grad significant profit after applying and promoting by our customers. The Hologram Images Transferring Machine stands out from many competitive project to gain Year 2012 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award.
